Post Lab Questions 4.1

1. Javascript is considered a programming language because it is used by humans to 
communicate instructions to computers and HTML is not considered a programming language 
because it is just an extension for Javascrpit so it can open a web browser to run the
programs

2. The television takes input by pushing a dial to turn it on and you get output by a
picture coming up on the screen and sound coming out of the speakers. Input from a portable 
CD player comes from pressing a button to make the CD start turning and the output is the 
sound comes out of the head phones.

3. Yes, the input was the text in the Javascript file and the output was the pop-up that 
that came up with the browser. Currency converter- the input was the dollar amount and the 
output is the foreign currency amount.
