For Mayor: Iago the Pixie

Plans for Pixieland

As the current Mayor of Pixieland, Iago is familiar with the needs of our citizens, and has a track record to prove it! If elected for a second term, she promises to continue her campaign for mushroom conservation, and continue roundtable peace talks with the Trolls. Building an inclusive Pixieland is very important to her. This passion for equality is displayed in her diverse council of Faeries, Elves, and resident Trolls.

After the recent Goblin attack in 325 U.I., Pixieland has been struggling to regain its peaceful atmosphere. Who better to lead us through these turbulent times than someone trained in the art of magical combat?

When the (human) Hollywood explosion of films about Mythical Creatures began to threaten the livelihood of real creatures, it was Iago who re-established our repulsion barrier to ensure that no humans ever find us! Concerned for your safety? Vote Iago for Mayor!

Kiyoshi the Cat: "I was a lost creature before Iago took me in around 310 U.I...I had been wondering around the human world, looking for something, I don't know what. I got into some trouble, and I didn't think I would make it. Iago found me, nursed me back to perfect health, and brought me to Pixieland. I couldn't think of a better mayor..."
Felix the Frog: "When my fly farm was destroyed in the Trollish Invasion of 317 U.I., before her first term, Iago worked with me and other local farmers to get aid from the then-unreliable and heartless Monara vu Fanaist, the umbrella government of the MK. She really cares about all who live in Pixieland, and in the entire magikal kingdom!"
Tendy the Troll: "Although my biological parents were both involved in the Invasion, I was adopted by an Elfish family when I was a wee trinkling. I was taunted at school, and just recently, as I've joined the workforce, I was discriminated against because of my background. Due to the provisions set by Iago last term, and due to her stance on acceptance, I've been able to find work and peace!"

Opposing Candidates

There are many candidates for this year's Mayoral election. Among them are Gila (Phoenix), Lusix (Gremlin), Desar (Leprechaun), and Loria (Unicorn).
