Spreadsheet Basics

1. A word processor would be better suited for taking notes on a book, as the notes would be more verbal, and a spreadsheet is used more for calculation, 
storage, and organization of numerical data. 



2. Sometimes data is easier to interpret when it is in a visual form, such as a graph-its much faster because you can quickly determine certain trends in the
data without having to study every entry.
