	1)Well, it really just depends.If you want to be able to look back easily to what you took notes on each day
it might be easier to make a spreadsheet for easy access but, if you simply just want to type out your notes so then i would probably say use a word
processor.
	2)Visualising data can be valuable because it enables ypu to be able to see a difference.Say for example you are wanting to spend time with
someone like a relative coming into town etc. and you can't decide which day would be best to do that on.You can simply open up a spreadhseet and look at a chart
or graph and it will show you which day you are likely to be able to spend the maximum amount of hours with them.
