1. Computers can serve as a calculator, a notebook and a calendar.
2. Everything on a computer is processed directly from RAM. A hard disk keeps your data even after you power down. A very distinct advantage of RAM is that it is very fast but a disadvantage is that you lose all data when you shut the computer off. Hard disks  are a lot slower verus RAM.
3. UAB is divided into hierarchial organization. You have the entire university, which is divided into schools,which is divided into subjects, which is divided into classes, which is divided into specific classrooms.
