-HTML for centering and aligning
-HTML for changing the background color
-Used tags for line breaks etc.
-Used formatting to change font stlye, sizes, italics, bold and color
-Added pictures and changed their sizes
-Used cell padding to add borders to pictures
-Used lists 
-Used pictures as links
-Used horizontal rules 
HTML table for the border around the page
-Used marquee to have text scrolling across the page
